Hey There. I’m Dan.

I’ve always been drawn to storytelling. Growing up, I was the kid making movies with a DV tape camcorder and obsessing over sports highlights. Luckily, that turned into a career in the NFL, where I spent the last 14 years creating content for the Carolina Panthers and Arizona Cardinals, picking up 12 Emmy Awards along the way for directing, producing, and editing.

I started out very hands-on as a shooter and editor, spending years deep in the creative process cutting highlights, filming practices and games, and producing documentaries and feature content. Over time, my role naturally evolved beyond just making videos. These days, a lot of my focus is on leading creative teams, building digital strategy, and figuring out how content should live across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and wherever audiences are spending their time next.

I still love the creative side just as much as I did when I started, but now I also love the bigger picture. How do you grow an audience? What makes fans care? What kind of content actually connects with people? Whether it’s a longform series, a marketing campaign, a YouTube strategy, or a social hype video, I enjoy working with a team and finding the best path ahead for whatever the challenge.

When I’m not working, I’m usually outside doing something active. Mountain biking, backpacking, snowboarding, anything with dirt, trees, and a little adrenaline. I’m also way more competitive than I probably should be, which these days mostly shows up in local pickleball leagues.
